Go Okubo is a selectable character from the game Irresistible Mistakes.
Background
Aside from being a bartender for Storm Bar, Go plays bass guitar for the bands The Bales, and Hi Vol; though Go isn't apart of Hi-Vol, he provides them with music.
He is an only child and grew up in a tiny place with a red roof and a small yard in Sendai, before there was an accident that killed his parents when he was young. It isn't stated what happened, but the context indicates there had been a fire that erupted in the home. From there we went to live with his grandfather until he passed away while Go was in elementary school. Relatives would then him off to the next in order to care for him.
It is stated Go lived in England when he was little but was in Sendai by around highschool.
Before coming to Tokyo, he was the only in The Bales to be scouted from a record company due to his talent for songwriting, Go declined the offer at first, but eventually came to Tokyo alone which caused a strained relationship between him and The Bales into kicking him out of the band and never talking.

Go has neck-length wavy, dirty blonde hair that appears to be in a slight undercut fashion with eyes that are a light brownish-gray. He has a mole just above his cheek under his right eye.

Personality
Go is thoughtful, and has gentle manners to those around him, even to animals. He's considerate, polite and has the tendency to put the feeling of others before his own, but he isn't so nice to himself. Go tends to evade certain things and tries not to let himself become vulnerable around others. Typically, Go hides behind a smile and has a 'just cause' attitude to avoid telling the truth and to hide his feelings.
Despite presenting himself as such, previously he has been known to give people what they want as he sees it as no big deal if the other person wants something from him. He believes it is best to enjoy things and share his love in the moment to avoid having things go south with the idea of couples and friendships lasting forever is just fantasy. He believes he isn't capable of love considering how everyone close to him is gone and has a fear of losing the people that he cares about.
Because of many people changing the songs he creates for people, he finds his work meaningless. He has lost the ability to feel hurt by this and wishes he cared more about his work.
